By Divine Right, Natural Law, and Indigenous birthright, I, Nuna Ma’Khai, living woman and Trustee of the Royal House of Magick of Eden, hereby place all public and private entities on perpetual notice:

I do not operate as a U.S. citizen or corporate legal person as defined in federal code. I do not consent to be presumed a 14th Amendment citizen, legal fiction, or subject to statutory jurisdiction derived from the District of Columbia or the corporate UNITED STATES.

Pursuant to:
- 8 U.S. Code § 1401 – “The term ‘citizen of the United States’ means a person born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof.”
→ I am not subject to the jurisdiction of the UNITED STATES federal corporation, as I have lawfully reclaimed my estate and spiritual identity.

- 28 U.S. Code § 3002(15)(A) – “United States means (A) a Federal corporation…”
→ This confirms the federal UNITED STATES is a corporation and not the original constitutional republic of sovereign states.

I do not operate in commerce, nor do I identify as a statutory “individual” or “person” as defined in corporate code. I am a living, breathing, sentient woman. This is not a title, but a factual condition of life, as acknowledged in:
- The Declaration of Independence (1776) – “...that all men [and women] are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights…”
- UCC 1-201(b)(30) – Defines “person” to include legal fictions, but does not apply to living women or men unless consent is given.
- UCC 1-103 – Reserves rights under common law, natural law, and equity.

I operate under Divine Law, Natural Law, and the original Constitution for the united States of America (pre-1871) — only to the extent that said republic also honors that lawful charter. I reject and rebuke all presumptions of voluntary submission to the corporate UNITED STATES or any of its subdivisions.

I am of Cherokee and Shabtau tribal heritage and do not waive any rights as an Aboriginal American woman. This ancestral identity is spiritual, lawful, and inherited by blood and memory. All attempts to mischaracterize my status are violations of domestic and international law.
